Refund policy

Since all Pawfitti products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please refer to our size guide before ordering.

**We will replace or refund if:**

- The product arrives damaged or defective

- The print quality is significantly different from the preview

- You received the wrong product

**To request a replacement/refund:**

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

2. Send photos of the issue to hello@pawfitti.in or WhatsApp

3. We'll review and respond within 24 hours

4. If approved, we'll ship a replacement or process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
